Repairing the Leechwell - Day 2

It became clear during the morning that the new puddling had not cured the leaks - water was still seeping through the back wall and bubbling up through the bed of the outer well.
Further investigation revealed that there was a large concrete slab under the clay. Probably put there many years ago in an attempt to cure the leaks, it now seems that water has found a way under the slab.
Bruce and Will spent the rest of the day clearing the vegetation of the walls and making a start on cleaning the outer well bed.
